Whilst walking around Souq Al-Waqif with my wife and two kids, we found this small “bread” shop premise. The space is not huge, but just enough to accommodate the 4 workers and the “oven” to “cook” the bread. Have had the permission to entered the premise, I’m not wasting my time to captured the moment on this bread maker.

Altogether 4 worker - 1 the cook, 2 preparing the dough, and 1 the seller.

Preparing the dough.

Dough line-up. Ready to go!

Ready to paste the dough into the jar.

Siap sedia utk jadi jualan & santapan. Hehe.
It was nice to captured the process of doing it. Once done, I gave each of the worker about 10 riyal as sedekah.
